DEMENTIA CARE

We provide specialist dementia care staff in most of our clients’ residential homes. We understand the specific challenges faced by people living with dementia – our trained staff are able to provide professional and compassionate support for both our clients’ residents and their loved ones.

RESIDENTIAL CARE

Our clients’ residential care homes provide a safe, warm and friendly environment with support for daily tasks such as washing, cleaning and laundry. In our clients’ homes our staff work to create a welcoming atmosphere in which residents enjoy activities, go on outings and make friends.

NURSING CARE

We provide nursing care staff for individuals with specialist requirements in many of our clients’ residential homes. Our nursing care staffs are fully qualified and have the specialist expertise required to care for residents’ varying medical needs and requirements.

MENTAL HEALTH CARE

Mental Health Care and Support Services. At Doxtel Care, we provide a range of support services to our clients for individuals with mental health conditions. Our aim is to empower individuals by providing a care pathway which focuses on recovery.

AUTISM CARE

Doxtel Care Ltd understands that helping someone with an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) such as Asperger’s Syndrome can be a challenge. That is why we have developed and provide a range of innovative staff to many different services with our different clients which ensures a quality of life for each individual we support.

POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a framework for working with individuals who may, at times, present with behaviours that challenge (formally known as challenging behaviour). It blends best practices in Applied Behaviour Analysis with person-centered values in order to achieve outcomes that are meaningful.

Our specialised team attend conferences — both national and international — training days and residential/supported living forums specifically related to the nursing homes patients to maintain knowledge and update information and best practice.
